To subscribe, please download the two PDF documents APPLICATION FORM and the QUOTES FORM, fill in and send them via fax (+39 0571 993721) or scan and email them (info@swimplus.eu) together with proof of payment of the 250€ deposit..

As soon as NUOTOPIU’ ACADEMY ASD has received the APPLICATION FORM, THE TARIFFS FORM and the money transfer receipt for the 250€ we will confirm your booking via email.
